Pregnancy and being a new mom can be an overwhelming time in a woman’s life. You don’t have to figure it out by yourself! Now is the time to reflect and determine how you want to show up for your child and be as healthy as possible. As mothers we often forget to take care of ourselves, but taking care of your health both physically and mentally is one of the most important ways you can be the best mommy to your child. Learn how you can modify your health behaviors in order to reach your goals. Aurora will help you prepare your body and your life for baby, working alongside you to find the optimal path for your pregnancy. Once baby is here, Aurora is available for post-natal recovery and core strengthening, mommy and me yoga, and toddler behavior workshops.
